Hello, Today I am going to share with you a ‘ how to do winter facial at home’. As you all know all the ingredients that I use to treat hair, skin, etc are completely natural which have no side effects but only the best results. In this winter facial, I have used ingredients which are natural and mild. Although this facial is suitable for all skin types, I have also listed below ingredients for certain skin types like dry skin, oily skin, normal skin, tanned skin, etc.

THE WHOLE FACIAL PROCESS IS A FIVE (5) STEP PROCESS.

STEP 1: CLEANSING AND SCRUBBING:

INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED :

1) 1 tbsp coconut powder.
2) 1/2 tbsp of almond powder.
3) 1/2 tbsp of walnut powder.
4) raw milk

METHOD:

Mix the above ingredients and make a thin consistency like a paste ( like a porridge or kheer) and start scrubbing your face after washing your face with a face wash/ cleanser.

**DRY SKIN: Just add little glycerin to the above ingredients rest is same.
**OILY SKIN: As it is winter season, use the above ingredients only or you can add some rice flour to the mixture.
**NORMAL SKIN: Do same as the listed ingredients above.
**SENSITIVE SKIN: You can just clean your face with raw milk and jump to STEP 4.

STEP 2: STEAMING :

Every skin type can do this except sensitive skin. you can skip this step.

STEP 3: EXTRACTION OF BLACKHEADS AND WHITE HEADS :

With the help of blackhead remover, remove the blackheads and whiteheads. The nose might become red due to this but it is ok. It will soothe out in 5-10 mins.

STEP 4: MASSAGE :

Now, this is an important step for every skin type. Massage is something which rejuvenates your skin and give you a healthy glow.

INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED :

1) 1/2 tsp aloevera gel.
2) 1/2 tsp almond oil.
3) 1 vitamin E capsule.

METHOD:

1) Mix the above ingredients into a paste and apply it on your face just like any cream. Massage for 5-10 mins. Always remember as it is winter facial you have to be soft, not harsh. Massage in all the comfortable movements from down to up, lifting your face around your cheeks.
2) Do not wash it off, just wipe out with a soft clean baby towel.

STEP 5: FACE PACK :

INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED :

1) 2 Slices of kiwi/banana/apple/papaya
(basically any fruit of your choice)
2) 1 tsp of cornflour.
3) 1 vitamin e capsule.

METHOD:
Mix the above ingredients and apply it on your face with the help of a brush. keep for 15-20 mins and wash it off with normal water.

Apply your favourite toner and moisturizer.

**DRY SKIN: You can use banana instead. Or gram flour and cream mixture face pack.
**OILY SKIN: You can use clay pack, Multani mitti, ubtan and gram flour.
**SUN TANNED SKIN: papaya and curd mixed properly in a fine paste.
**NORMAL SKIN: the ingredients which I have listed above.
**SENSITIVE SKIN: You can use curd with honey or only honey.
