Vitamin c tablets

  • ( Basically we want vitamin C non chewable tablet, because chewable tablets contains some amount of sugar in it ). – 10 tablets.

  • 2 tbsp glycerin.
  • 5 tbsp rose water.
  • 1 vitamin e capsule.


  • Crush the tablets into powder.
  • Mix glycerin and rose water and vitamin E capsule and let the vitamin c powder in it completely.
  • Store it in a dark color bottle. ( You can use a clean medicine syrup bottle).
