1) Drink lots of water
Hydration is very important not only for your body but also for your hair and scalp. Also drinking water helps blood circulation.
2) Lower your stress levels
Stress is an important factor that leads to hair fall. Reduce your stress levels as much as you can, meditating for 15 mins can help a lot.
3) Warm oil massage
Just as your skin needs pampering so does your scalp. A warm oil massage of your favourite oil (i use coconut and castor in equal amounts) and few drops of essential oil of your choice. Followed by a 15 min massage. It helps circulate the blood in the hair follicles, increases relaxation, decrease stress and boost hair growth.
4) Balanced diet
One inch of your hair gets nutrition from the food you eat. A balanced diet helps your hair to be healthy and shiny. Hair is made up of protein, so including eggs, milk, fish, meat helps your hair to grow.

5) Try natural hair packs
Applying natural hair packs to your hair not only results in healthy and lustrous locks but also it has no side effects and completely kitchen friendly.
beat two eggs (according to your hair length) add 1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil and your ready. Apply this mixture for a minimum of 45 mins and wash with lukewarm water.
smash two ripe bananas, add 1 vitamin E capsule/ olive oil and 1 spoon curd and some honey.
Apply and keep this for minimum an hour. Wash it off.
6) Be patient.
Just as Rome was not built in a day. Hair growing process requires time and patience..!
