Moisturize,moisturize and moisturize..! This is something which you can never miss out. Moisturizer makes your skin radiant and glowing. It masks a protecting layer on the skin which keeps your skin hydrated for a long time. Moisturizer keeps flakiness, dullness and dryness of the skin at bay. It also reduces the chances of pre-mature ageing.
It is important to moisturize the skin twice a day.
#TIP NO : 2 for glowing skin : LEMON AND HONEY WATER
Start your day with lemon and honey water.
Take a glass of lukewarm water and squeeze half a lemon in it. Add 1/2 tbsp of honey in it.
Lemon has bundle of nutrients and anti-oxidants. This rejuvenates your system,removes the toxins from your body which eventually makes your skin crystal clear. Regular consumption of the lemon and honey water eliminates the dark circles, dark spots, acne, acne marks, blackheads, pigmentation etc. This is also helpful in anti-ageing process, fine lines, wrinkles.
#TIP NO : 3 for glowing skin – VITAMIN C SERUM
It is highly important to add (incorporate) vitamin c serum/collage boosting serum to your skin care routine. Use homemade skin glowing face masks atleast twice a week.
Take some raw milk. Add 1/2 tbsp turmeric to it. Add little honey and squeeze some lemon in it. That’s it. Your homemade face glowing pack is ready.

Fish oil supplements has two types of Omega 3 fatty acids.docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). DHA keeps the brain functioning properly. Take 1 tbsp of sugar and squeeze half lemon in it. Add 1/2 tbsp honey. Thats it.
Your exfoliation pack is ready. This is suitable for all skin types and makes your skin glowing by removing all dead skin cells.
Apply coconut oil to your face and massage. After sometime take a hot towel ( dipped in hot water ) and wipe it on your face.
Exfoliation removes the dry and dead skin cells which gets settled on the face making it look dark and patchy. It also improves blood circulation on the face and makes it healthy and glowing. Also, it uncloggs the pores,reduce pigmentation and also reduces tanning. Exfoliate twice a week only.
#TIP NO : 10 for glowing skin – SUNSCREEN
Never ever miss a sunscreen, i repeat never ever. Whenever you step out of your home, apply sunscreen in adequate quantity. The harmful UV rays of the Sun damages your skin around 70%. Too much exposure to ultraviolet or UV rays can cause sunburn.
The main risk factor for sunburn,premature skin aging, skin damage, and skin cancer is exposure to UV light from the sun. More than 90 percent of skin cancers are caused by sun exposure.
Hence, using a good quality sunscreen is a must.

Massaging is one of the crucial step for healthy skin. Our facial muscles need massages to keep them young and glowing.
Stimulating the face muscles with regular massage helps to bring oxygen to that area—which is a natural form of anti aging skin care in itself. More blood flow to the area increases collagen production, which gives a healthy and natural glow to the complexion. This gives your face a natural lift and firmness which gives younger looking and glowing skin.
Choose any of your favourite oil. I used pure almond oil to massage my face.
