According to researchers at the University of California-Irvine, new skin cells grow faster while you sleep, so a good evening facial routine should be a high priority. At night, the goal is to repair damage from the day’s pollution, sun and stress, as well as to hydrate since you lose more water from your skin as you snooze.
This homemade DIY night facial cream is a very effective way to get beautiful toxin free glowing as well as clear skin. During the day you are exposed to a lot of chemicals,pollutants etc. Therefore,during the day you need sunscreen (which is a must-must) to protect your skin from the pollutants ,UV rays etc. But, Night is for skin healing. You get number of night creams in the market but what is better than making your own DIY night cream for a glowing,clear skin.
So let’s see the DIY night cream…
INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL NEED :
About 1-1/2 tbsp thick sandalwood paste.
2-3 tbsp Aloevera gel.
2 Vitamin E capsules.
1/2 tbsp almond oil.
NOTE : Vitamin E capsules for normal skin, 4 vitamin E capsules for dry skin. Oily skin people need not add this.
Oily skin people can avoid almond oil as well.
Firstly, i have collected some fresh sandalwood paste from the sandalwood stick i had at my home.This is available easily in any market.
Mix all the ingredients really really well and store it in a small container.
Wash your face.
Pat dry your face.
Apply in adequate quantity and massage for 3-4 mins.
Massage properly so that the cream sinks in your skin in circular motion.
